Youth Council
The Youth Council is the leadership and planning body of our diocesan youth ministries. They create the Gatherings and Summer Camp themes, learn leadership skills and team work skills, lead games and programming at Gatherings, and represent the Diocese of KY Youth Program at Provincial Events.
Their responsibilites include attending meetings, Gatherings, and Summer Camp; actively participating in their local church; a willingness to learn about and practice leadership skills; being a team player. Once on Youth Council, they serve until they graduate from High School or resign. Members who miss two consecutive meetings or events will be asked to resign and allow another youth to take their place.
We will kick off next school year with an overnight at All Saints, __________ ! At this overnight we will: Work on team building, learn leading music and games, learn welcoming the stranger, learn small group facilitation, and plan the events for the year.
