Loading...Recognizing that the season of Advent and Christmas can be a challenging time for many, St.Andrew's Episcopal Church, 2233 Woodbourne Avenue in Louisville, is holding a "Longest Night" Eucharist Wednesday evening (December 21), the day at the turning of the year.
The special service will begin at 5:30 p.m. (EST).
Acknowledging loved ones who are no longer with us and other sorrows we may carry, St. Andrew's invites all to bring their sadness to the Christ Child, light a candle, put their burden down and sit in quietness for a few moments.
