A non-violence training program will come to the diocese this March. “Creating a Culture of Peace,” a project of the Episcopal Peace Fellowship, will be held March 23-25 at All Saints Conference Center in Leitchfield.

Creating a Culture of Peace is a holistic program to empower participants in the spirituality and practice of active peacemaking in their daily lives. With the help of trained facilitators, participants will explore the experience and dynamics of violence and nonviolence, nonviolent social change, commitment to action, building and sustaining community, and practical planning for nonviolent action in daily life.

The training is open to anyone, but limited to the first 30 registrants. More information on the cost is to come. For more information, contact Mary Abrams at 502-245-7819 or meabrams@bellsouth.net
