Loading...The Credentials Committee of the 182nd Annual Convention of the Diocese of Kentucky is sending credentials forms for the convention by U.S. mail.
Each congregation should complete the form legibly and return it to the Secretary of the Diocese by Jan. 15. The form must be signed by the Secretary of the Chapter, Vestry, or Bishop's Committee of the congregation in order for the deputation to be seated. Since this is a permanent record of the convention, please use full names of deputies.
