Loading...Irene E. Gross, 84, the wife of the Rev. Dr. Lester Gross, died Sunday, November 13, 2011. They were married for more than 65 years.
She was a retired secretary at Louisville Presbyterian Seminary and former assistant director at St. Alban's Childcare.
In additiopn to her husband, she is suirvived by nieces, Becky Hoeft, Claudia Jackson, Linda Harvey, Connie Sublett and Carole Nagle; a nephew, Lester Spencer; great-nieces, Anna Hoeft and Katie Sublett; and a great-nephew, Matt Hoeft.
Her funeral is 11 a.m. (EST) Saturday at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, 9004 Beulah Church Road. Burial is in Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery Central at 1 p.m. Monday. Visitation is 3-7 p.m. Friday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.
