Loading...Ohio is organizing its inaugural environmental stewardship conference for faith communities Oct. 2-4, and the Diocese of Southern Ohio, a sponsor, has sent out a notice specifically inviting Kentucky Episcopalians to attend.
The "Green Summit: Building Gratitude and Reverence for the Earth, Energy and Nature" will be held at the Proctor Camp and Conference Center in London, Ohio. It will feature nationally known speakers, including Michael Schut, executive director of the Episcopal Church's national environmental stewardship program and author of the adult study book Simpler Living, Compassionate Life.
