Loading...St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church in Harrods Creek will host an organ recital and choral evensong at 5 p.m. (ET) this Sunday (Feb. 7).
Organist Robert Lee, the assistant organist at St. Francis in the Fields, will perform works by Bach (Prelude and Fugue in D Major, BWV 532), Sowerby, (Adagio from Sonatina), and an improvisation on Epiphany themes.
Repertoire for choral evensong, which follows, includes Richard Shepard Responses; Malcolm Archer, the Wells Service; and Hubert Parry, Hear My Words, Ye People, with Joshua Steinbach as treble soloist.
